1. What kind of work do you think is the most influential factor in efficiency? Why?
2. Which do you think is better, maintaining the old established method or challenging a new method?
3. What are the qualities of a leader in your opinion? (= conditions of a leader)

Answer

1. In my case, "Active Attitude"is the most influential and important facotr in efficiency. There are many different types of people around us. So, not everyone can do their job well. but if they have active attitude, they will work synergistically and increase efficiency.
2. I think it's good to make the right choice depending on the situation. If I had to choose. I think the latter is better. Because the latter i smore likely to develop than the former.
3. I think the conditions of a leader are the ability to improvise unexpected situation and the charisma that people follow.
